Is this just a stack of accounts opened in bulk?
No. These are real bank acquiring contracts, negotiated and operated by us. A stack of throwaway accounts gets shut down at the first alert and takes your cash flow with it — that’s exactly what we’re here to replace.
Does any card data pass through my site?
No. The card number is entered in the payment provider’s secure environment: it never touches your site or our servers. We only keep the card brand and the last four digits, for your records.
Who handles disputes and refunds?
We do. Disputes reach us through alert networks before the bank opens a case: we refund, the chargeback never happens, and your dispute rate doesn’t move. Standard refunds are triggered from your dashboard.
What does my customer see on their bank statement?
The descriptor we agree on with you at onboarding, matching your store. A descriptor the buyer doesn’t recognize means one more dispute — so it’s settled before your first sale.
